We are 17,000 projects and counting – improving lives and helping shape the growth of sustainable, progressive and inclusive communities.   Your role   Join our team as a Business Development Manager with our BD team!   Our Business Development Manager (BDM) role is on the forefront of sales for their geography, using their local connections and wider network to support the production and implementation of our annual business development plan and the attainment of the annual sales targets (by business unit, program, and sector targets. With a focus on net new clients, you will join our team of experts who lead major capital building and infrastructure projects, and together you will organize, motivate and lead the business unit’s new client development efforts. You will lead by example, sharing business development and sales best practices, providing support as required to ensure we obtain our targets.   You will be responsible for generating and responding to leads, keeping the sales funnel full and providing business development and sales mentoring as required.
