Building Performance and Service Coordinator OVERVIEW We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Building Performance and Service Coordinator to support post-installation service and warranty operations. This role is responsible for coordinating warranty claims, scheduling field repairs, and ensuring customer concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is committed to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. THE DAY TO DAY Work as part of a crew on precast concrete projects. Receive, review, and manage customer warranty inquiries and claims Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding post-construction warranty concerns Coordinate inspections, site visits, repairs, and corrective actions with internal teams and subcontractors Schedule manpower and field repair activities with installation managers and service providers Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, contractors, site supervisors, and internal departments Open, track, update, and close warranty files while maintaining accurate documentation, photos, reports, and correspondence Monitor the progress and completion of warranty work to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction Identify recurring warranty issues and assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with project management, production, and installation teams to reduce future warranty occurrences Prepare warranty summaries, status reports, and cost tracking for management review Ensure warranty processes align with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must be hard-working, punctual and a dedicated team player Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience in construction, precast concrete, manufacturing, or related industries preferred Ability to read drawings and understand construction terminology is an asset Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/project management software Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities HOW TO APPLY Qualified applicants can submit a resume Stubbe's is committed to providing accommodations to those individuals with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
