We’re currently looking for a Building and Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. If you’re proactive, reliable, and motivated to take pride in your environment, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.   What You’ll Do Oversee the day-to-day organization and appearance of the yard and exterior areas   Support shipping and receiving operations during business hours  Move, stage, and organize powersports and related equipment safely  Help keep units, storage areas, and outdoor spaces clean, orderly, and presentable  Coordinate routine yard flow and support the team with practical day-to-day needs  Complete general building and property maintenance tasks  Monitor for safety, cleanliness, and organization issues and address them proactively  Work closely with leadership to keep Honda and Motorsports operations running smoothly    Performance Essentials Strong attention to detail and self-motivated work ethic Ability to work outdoors and in variable weather conditions Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)   Bannister Accessories Competitive wages based on industry benchmarks Extended benefits package , including health, dental, and vision care Group RSP contribution program for long-term financial support Unlimited career growth across the Bannister Automotive Group — internal candidates are prioritized Ongoing training  and professional development After probation, Bannister Grande Prairie employees can earn complimentary daily rentals from our ATV and SxS fleet at RiderRentals.ca   Bannister Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing a respectful, inclusive workplace.
