Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Merchandising Strategy Lead the execution of floor merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual resets to maximize product visibility and sales Receive, process, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against invoices and company standards Partner with department leads and Store Management to forecast inventory needs and plan seasonal merchandising Monitor backroom organization and optimize storage systems for efficiency and product care Identify low-stock, expired, or damaged items, and recommend replenishment or removal actions Maintain inventory accuracy through scheduled cycle counts and restocking practices   Visual Presentation & Brand Standards Implement and maintain planograms, promotional signage, and end-cap displays in accordance with company merchandising guidelines Create engaging, customer-friendly visual displays that highlight key product features and seasonal trends Uphold store appearance and visual standards by ensuring aisles, displays, and fixtures are neat, clean, and fully stocked Rotate products regularly to ensure freshness, minimize shrink, and enhance the shopping experience Support in-store events and wellness promotions by executing display plans and merchandising zones   Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration Provide daily guidance and mentorship to team members responsible for merchandising and inventory support Coordinate with receiving, grocery, produce, and brand teams to support a cohesive in-store experience Act as a point of contact for visual execution and merchandising best practices at the store level Participate in store leadership meetings, contributing insights on merchandising performance and process improvement   Customer Experience & Operational Support Assist customers with product location, stock checks, and general product questions Promote a safe, clean, and organized work and shopping environment at all times Contribute to daily store operations including open/close procedures, promotions setup, and signage compliance Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned   Training & Compliance Completion of required Lessonly training modules Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives Demonstrated commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability Other Duties Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
