Bottle Server - Open Aera

Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, Bottle Servers are responsible for delivering a high-energy, VIP-level service experience. This role goes beyond traditional table service—Bottle Servers are expected to drive sales, engage with guests, and contribute to the upbeat, party-style atmosphere that defines Open Aera. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Create a fun, engaging, and memorable guest experience while maintaining professional and polished service Promote and sell bottle service and premium beverages with confidence and product knowledge Maintain a strong presence on the floor, proactively checking in with guests and responding quickly to requests Ensure accuracy when entering orders into the POS system Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and table setup to meet brand standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section and service areas throughout the shift Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies at all times Be attentive to guest needs, including special requests and allergies Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely Perform other duties as assigned Minimum 2 years of serving or bottle service experience in a high-volume, nightlife, or lounge environment Smart Serve certification required Ability to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs Strong sales ability and comfort working with high-value transactions Confident, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to stay composed and professional in loud, crowded, fast-paced settings Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and presentation Solid knowledge of spirits, champagne, and premium beverage service considered an asset This is a current vacancy.
