Using the latest contact centre technology, we efficiently handle customer calls, process orders, and transmit details directly to local Pizza Pizza restaurants. We are currently seeking energetic, career-minded, bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. Position Summary As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, processing orders, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information. Successful candidates are customer-focused, reliable, and motivated to meet performance and sales targets.
