Description We are seeking a driven and dynamic B2B Commercial Vehicle Representative to join our team at Mercedes Benz Oakville Van Centre. This role is integral to our business development efforts as you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with commercial clients to drive sales of our robust range of commercial vehicles. As a B2B Commercial Vehicle Representative, you will leverage your industry knowledge and sales expertise to identify opportunities in the market, engage potential clients, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. In this fast-paced environment, you will not only represent our brand but also act as a liaison between our clients and various internal teams, ensuring that our offerings align with market demands. Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the commercial vehicle sector. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of commercial vehicle products to prospects. • Develop tailored proposals and quotes based on client needs and specifications. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. • Achieve sales targets and objectives while tracking sales performance metrics. Requirements • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry. • Strong understanding of commercial vehicle specifications and market dynamics. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship building. • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline efficiently. • Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools for tracking and reporting. • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent  Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information  Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence  Clear Driver’s Abstract  Valid OMVIC registration  Strong business acumen  Professional appearance  Ability to sell the minimum quota according to dealership objectives  Excellent communication skills: verbal and written  Excellent customer service skills  Personal Attributes Passion, motivation, focus and leadership skills.
