Our shop is extremely busy with more work than we can currently handle, providing consistent hours, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to stay productive every day. The Drive Ahead Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance according to OEM standards  Accurately complete multi-point inspections and recommend required services  Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear and effective communication with customers  Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship  Conduct post-repair test drives and quality control checks  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment  Support the team through collaboration and mentorship  Performance Essentials Red Seal Certified Automotive Technician (Journeyman)  Proven experience in diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systems  High attention to detail and commitment to getting it right the first time  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based shop  Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, repair software, and OEM tools  Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract  Bannister Benefits $33–$38 per hour, based on experience and certification  High-volume shop = consistent work and strong earning potential  Extended benefits package (health, dental, vision)  Group RSP contribution program  Unlimited career growth within the Bannister Automotive Group  Ongoing training and professional development  Relocation assistance available  Why Bannister Kia Penticton?
