Key Responsibilities Leadership Development & Team Support Work closely with the Store Manager and senior leaders to learn key management functions Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members Support staff supervision, providing daily guidance and helping to resolve frontline challenges Learn how to coach, motivate, and build strong, high-performing teams Store Operations & Policy Compliance Shadow the Store Manager to gain experience in managing daily operations Assist with opening and closing procedures and managing shift transitions Ensure store cleanliness, health & safety, and adherence to company policies and SOPs Participate in audits and ensure operational documentation is completed accurately Customer Experience & Service Recovery Learn how to deliver outstanding customer experiences and resolve issues professionally Observe and contribute to maintaining a welcoming, well-organized, and customer-first environment Develop communication skills that help de-escalate challenges and build lasting customer trust Sales & Merchandising Exposure Assist in the execution of in-store promotions and merchandising initiatives Learn how to analyze sales data, understand store KPIs, and suggest strategies for improvement Gain hands-on experience in visual merchandising and product placement best practices Inventory & Financial Administration Support inventory control efforts including receiving, restocking, and shrink prevention Participate in ordering via the ‘Just In Time’ system under guidance from store leadership Learn the basics of financial reporting, cash handling, and daily reconciliation processes Training & Development Completion of required Lessonly training modules Ongoing participation in workshops and brand education sessions to stay current on wellness trends and company initiatives Commitment to attendance, punctuality, team collaboration, and reliability Other Duties Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
