Position Summary The Casual Part-Time Administrative Support role provides responsive and reliable administrative assistance to the Leadership Team. This position supports day-to-day operations by coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and assisting with communication and organizational tasks. We currently have 1 open position. The Casual Part-Time Administrative Support position will require the successful candidate to work flexible hours throughout the week. Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to members of the Leadership Team Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (rooms, virtual links, agendas) Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports Take meeting notes and assist with follow-up action items as required Support correspondence, including email drafting and tracking responses Assist with data entry, basic reporting, and record management Support special projects Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information Qualifications
Previous administrative or office support experience (preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or similar tools Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision High level of attention to detail and accuracy Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor Ability to work towards a common goal and vision.
