As an Administrative Assistant , you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Office of the CEO, enabling effective planning, organization, and delivery of day-to-day business activities. This role plays a key part in supporting operational efficiency by managing schedules, preparing documentation, coordinating communications, and tracking follow-ups, allowing leaders and teams to focus on delivering impact. We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting others to do their best work.
Coordinating calendars, meetings, and team activities including scheduling and logistics Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documentation Providing general administrative support including document preparation and records management Maintaining shared files, resources, and administrative systems Supporting team communications by capturing meeting notes and key information Tracking follow-ups, action items, and timelines to support deliverables Assisting with operational processes to ensure work is organized and progressing as planned
Completion of a post-secondary certificate or diploma in business administration or a related field A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an administrative assistant or coordination role Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation
Experience working in a large, complex, or regulated organization Familiarity with hybrid or partially remote work environments Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders
