A bit about the role We are looking for an Account Supervisor to play a critical role in the day-to-day success of client engagements. This role goes beyond delivery, focusing on how work is approached by bringing structure, accountability and forward thinking to every interaction. As a reliable operator and emerging leader, you will ensure client needs are translated into clear plans, executed with a high standard of quality and continuously improved through insight and collaboration. You will take ownership of outcomes, proactively solve problems and help build strong, trust-based client relationships while supporting both team and client needs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Acting as a consistent and dependable point of contact for clients, building trust through clarity, responsiveness and follow through. Translating client needs and objectives into clear, actionable plans while ensuring alignment across internal teams. Contributing to strategic discussions by bringing forward insights, questions and informed perspectives. Communicating proactively with clients, anticipating needs, addressing risks early and maintaining confidence in delivery. Owning the successful delivery of projects by driving clarity, accountability and momentum across all stages of work. Identifying risks early and taking initiative to resolve challenges or escalate with context and recommendations. Ensuring all client facing work meets a high standard of quality with strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Managing multiple priorities effectively while focusing on high impact work. Continuously improving efficiency, organization and execution across projects. Demonstrating financial awareness by understanding how decisions impact budgets, scope and account health. Supporting forecasting and budget tracking through proactive communication and attention to detail. Identifying opportunities that strengthen client outcomes and long term partnership value. Using data, insights and performance results to inform recommendations and continuous improvement. Contributing to a culture of accountability, open communication and team support. Supporting the development of team members through knowledge sharing, guidance and onboarding. Engaging in agency initiatives and adopting new tools, technologies and processes with adaptability. What we’re looking for 3+ years of relevant media & client service experience. Experience working with data and insights to inform decisions and recommendations. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work and drive tasks to completion. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a positive team environment. Experience in developing media strategy and managing campaign execution.
