We are currently hiring for the position of: ACCOUNT MANAGER, MARKET PHILANTHROPY The Account Manager, Market Philanthropy, is responsible for assisting the Market revenue team by soliciting and managing Philanthropy revenue from donors and foundations for TIFF: The Market. This role focuses on account ownership, execution, donor stewardship, and revenue growth, supporting the Market’s financial and strategic objectives. Reporting to the Senior Manager Market Partnerships & Philanthropy, this role works closely with the Senior Manager and TIFF’s Philanthropy Department to drive revenue growth, and develop new strategic relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES: Shall include but not be limited to:  Account & Revenue Management Work with the Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships & Philanthropy to manage the Market Philanthropy supporters program and identify prospects for philanthropic gifts aligned with revenue targets Develop and execute strategic account plans for new partners, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with Market revenue objectives Execute effective prospect management, including setting account objectives, prospecting new donors, and negotiating contract terms Business Development & Partnerships Draft a high volume of best-in-class partnership proposal decks and case studies, demonstrating strong storytelling and value articulation Support new business development and deal execution Represent TIFF: The Market at key industry events to strengthen relationships and support partner satisfaction Donor Stewardship & Engagement Execute stewardship and donor engagement activities Maintain strong relationships with donors and partners to support long-term engagement and retention Cross-Functional Collaboration Integrate partnership opportunities into the Market experience by working closely with programming, marketing, and operations teams Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture across Market teams, ensuring coordinated execution between sales, partnerships, and philanthropy Reporting & Administration Collect and analyze data for reports and inquiries Maintain accurate tracking of revenue and partnership activities Other duties as assigned JOB GRADE & SALARY: Job Grade 3 $34/hr TARGET  CONTRACT DATES: Target start date: May 2026 Target end date: September 30th, 2026 WORK LOCATION: Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5 Weekly in-office requirements:  Minimum 2 days (November to April) Minimum 3 days (May to October)  Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Undergraduate Degree, College or University 2-5 years of experience stewarding Philanthropic clients and donors Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends This position requires being in office on a regular basis. Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, such as the Market time (September 10-16). Strong commercial judgment, communication skills, and cultural fluency. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
