Work-life balance /35-hour workweek 4 weeks’ vacation (minimum) Education: Successful completion of a college or university degree in Information Technology or another related field or an acceptable combination of education, technical training, and experience. Experiences: Demonstrated experience executing WCAG 2.2–based accessibility testing across web applications, including identifying violations and documenting remediation guidance; Proven ability to perform UX evaluations such as heuristic assessments, task flows, and usability reviews, translating findings into actionable recommendations; Hands-on experience integrating accessibility and UX testing into Agile delivery cycles, including sprint planning, release validation, and regression testing; Practical experience managing defects and test artefacts in Azure DevOps, including writing clear, reproducible bug reports and tracking resolution; Working knowledge of assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Axe, Lighthouse, screen readers) and how users interact with web content using these tools; Experience contributing to or applying design systems, accessibility guidelines, or testing standards within a digital product environment; Experience identifying process and product issues, recommending practical improvements that enhance efficiency and user outcomes.
