About Sadie Sadie is an industry-leading Voice AI company purpose-built for hospitality. Our conversational AI platform integrates natively with Property Management Systems (PMS) to automate guest interactions, drive direct bookings, and unlock operational efficiencies — powered by the latest advances in LLMs, speech recognition, and real-time AI. We sit at a rare intersection: frontier AI technology meets one of the world's largest and most underserved industries. Backed by cutting-edge research and a rapidly growing roster of hotel partners, we're scaling globally and looking for a product engineer ready to define what AI in hospitality looks like next. About the Role We're hiring an AI Product Manager to help shape and build our Voice AI platform — from roadmap strategy to hands-on product delivery. This is a high-impact role for someone who is energized by AI technology and knows how to translate it into real customer value. You'll work closely with engineering, hotel clients, and the broader team to define features, drive priorities, and make sure what we ship actually solves problems. You have a good grasp of how modern AI systems work — prompt engineering, model behavior, API-driven architectures — and you know how to turn that understanding into clear product decisions. You're comfortable in customer conversations, technical discussions, and everything in between. What You'll Do Own & Lead the AI Product Roadmap • Own the product roadmap for Sadie's Voice AI platform — set priorities, align stakeholders, and drive execution • Define how we apply LLMs, speech recognition, and conversational AI to hospitality workflows: booking, guest services, front desk automation, and beyond • Balance client needs, AI model improvements, and platform scalability when making prioritization calls • Present the roadmap to leadership and key hotel partners with clarity and conviction Build & Deliver Custom AI Solutions • Work with hotel clients to understand their workflows, gather requirements, and scope custom Voice AI solutions • Lead technical discovery sessions — map PMS workflows, understand API constraints, and identify where AI drives the most value • Define AI-powered feature specs and own delivery from concept to production • Identify patterns across client requests and feed them into the core platform roadmap Drive AI Product Development • Translate AI capabilities (LLMs, ASR, TTS, NLU) into concrete product features with clear specs and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with ML and engineering teams on model selection, prompt design, evaluation frameworks, and quality benchmarks • Stay current on the AI landscape — identify emerging models, tools, and techniques that could move the roadmap forward • Own the full product lifecycle for AI features: discovery, spec, build, evaluation, launch, and iteration Bridge Clients & Engineering • Serve as the liaison between business, sales, CSM, and the AI/engineering team • Meet regularly with hotel clients — gather structured feedback and translate it into product improvements • Write and distribute release notes org-wide after each sprint; train CSM and sales on new AI features • Demo new AI capabilities to clients and prospects — articulate the value behind every release What You Bring • 2–3 years in product management, technical product ownership, or a software/AI engineering role with product responsibility • Familiarity with AI/ML systems — you understand how LLMs, APIs, and AI pipelines work, even if you're not training models yourself • Experience contributing to a product roadmap — gathering requirements, writing specs, and working with engineers to ship • Solid technical foundation: comfortable with APIs, system architecture, and engaging with engineering at a meaningful level • Strong communicator — you can explain a technical concept to a non-technical stakeholder and a product decision to an engineer • Experience working in an Agile software engineering environment (Jira, Confluence, or similar) Nice to Have • Direct experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or conversational AI products • Background in hospitality tech — PMS, OTA, booking engine, channel manager, or hotel operations • Experience building or contributing to API platforms, data integrations, or AI-powered SaaS products • Exposure to speech technologies: ASR (speech-to-text), TTS (text-to-speech), or NLU systems • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Prior startup or high-growth environment experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on technical experience Why Join Us • Work on a genuinely exciting AI problem — real-time voice, hospitality workflows, and products that guests interact with daily • Help shape the AI product direction at a company where AI is the core, not just a feature • Join a fast-growing, mission-driven startup — your work has real, visible impact from day one • Collaborate with a passionate team of AI engineers, researchers, and hospitality experts • Grow fast in a role with broad scope and room to take ownership #Sadie
